Once your reservation is booked you will receive instructions on how to check in/out for the property. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Orca Lodge of your expected arrival time in advance by entering in the note section of our booking engine or by contacting the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Full payment for your stay must be received before check-in.

Cancellation: If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of a no-show, up to the first three nights of a reservation will be charged as a penalty. This will be calculated based on the amount of nights your reservation is for.
